Founder & CEO

As the founder of Lourdes Mola Solutions, Lourdes Mola continues to make innovative, influential and powerful strides in helping business grow.

“I love building the connections, seeing businesses land great new accounts and watching them grow,” Mola explains.

She takes a partnership approach with her clients, using her “Fuel Their Business” strategy, Lourdes our strategies, from our corporate communications to public relations, reputation management and brand development.

After more than 25 successful years in fortune 100 companies, she is utilizing her expertise to help businesses optimize their profits.

Lourdes received her undergraduate degree in Marketing from Nova Southeastern University and earned her Master’s in Business Administration from Stetson University. She went on to establish an active leadership role at Disney and is also a member of the Central Florida Community.



Director of Public Relations

As a former journalist, José Luis brings a unique perspective to public relations. In addition to managing strategic public relations programs, José Luis has extensive experience in media placement.

José Luis is an award-winning Public Relations professional. He has managed many complex professional service accounts in the fields of hospitality, tourism, healthcare, commercial development, engineering and non-profit. José Luis has strong relationships with media and influencers on local and national levels and across many industries.

José Luis Dieppa is an Emmy nominated journalist with over a decade of experience. José Luis has an extensive background in television news, local and network news. He has worked in both English and Spanish mediums. Before starting at Lourdes Mola Solutions, José Luis was in charge of the Public Relations department at a multicultural marketing agency where clients benefited from high-level media placement spots in Television, Radio, Print, and other digital outlets. Dieppa worked at NBC News, Central Florida News 13, Fox News and Univision. During his television career, he followed and lead the coverage of the Casey Anthony case and the shooting death of Trayvon Martin.

Current board member of the National Association of Hispanic Journalists and the Florida Public Relations Association Orlando area chapter. One Orlando Alliance- Public Relations volunteer. José Luishas been awarded an FPRA Image Award, Numerous Premios Paoli. Finalist in the “Extraordinary Man Award” by La Prensa Newspaper and Don Quijote Award nominee in the “Professional of the Year” the category year 2019.



Digital Brand Strategist

Paula Machado is an award-winning bilingual journalist with more than 10 years of experience in the Media and Public Relations industries

Machado, a former reporter for Spectrum News in Florida now provides her Journalism, Social Media and Digital Brand experience to businesses as a strategist. Machado is also a published tourism and entertainment writer for IAAPA.

Currently, Machado serves as a board member for the Hispanic Heritage Scholarship Fund of Metro Orlando, the National Association of Hispanic Journalists and is part of the American Cancer Society’s Marketing Committee for their biggest event, Making Strides Against Breast Cancer Walk.

Machado’s journalism efforts received award-recognition from the National Association of Hispanic Journalists, Society of Professional Journalists and the Radio Television Digital News Association.

Previously, Machado drew from her news background to coordinate and manage global media coverage efforts for Walt Disney World.

Paula is a proud Knight and graduate of the University of Central Florida and dog mom to her adorable Boston Terrier, Manolo Antonio.
