José Luis Dieppa is an Emmy nominated journalist with over a decade of experience. José Luis has an extensive background in television news, local and network news. He has worked in both English and Spanish mediums. Before starting at Lourdes Mola Solutions, José Luis was in charge of the Public Relations department at a multicultural marketing agency where clients benefited from high-level media placement spots in Television, Radio, Print, and other digital outlets. Dieppa worked at NBC News, Central Florida News 13, Fox News and Univision. During his television career, he followed and lead the coverage of the Casey Anthony case and the shooting death of Trayvon Martin.

A first generation American born to Cuban refugee parents, Lourdes was raised in a bicultural and bilingual household that also provided a depth of understanding that informs her decision-making abilities to this day.

In 2014, Lourdes was appointed by Florida Governor Rick Scott to serve on the board of the Early Learning Coalition of Orange County. In 2016, Lourdes was named Entrepreneur of the Year by the Women’s Executive Council.
In Central Florida, Lourdes serves on numerous nonprofit boards, including the Central Florida Economic Development Commission, Prospera, Hispanic Heritage Scholarship Fund of Metro Orlando and Hispanic Chamber of Commerce of Metro Orlando. She also contributes to the social and economic well-being of the community by partnering with the Hispanic American Professional Business Women’s Association, Girl Scouts of America, United Arts and National Association of Women Business Owners (NAWBO).

Paula Machado is an award-winning bilingual journalist with more than 10 years of experience in the Media and Public Relations industries
Machado, a former reporter for Spectrum News in Florida now provides her Journalism, Social Media and Digital Brand experience to businesses as a strategist. Machado is also a published tourism and entertainment writer for IAAPA.
Currently, Machado serves as a board member for the Hispanic Heritage Scholarship Fund of Metro Orlando, the National Association of Hispanic Journalists and is part of the American Cancer Society’s Marketing Committee for their biggest event, Making Strides Against Breast Cancer Walk.
Machado’s journalism efforts received award-recognition from the National Association of Hispanic Journalists, Society of Professional Journalists and the Radio Television Digital News Association.
Previously, Machado drew from her news background to coordinate and manage global media coverage efforts for Walt Disney World.
Paula is a proud Knight and graduate of the University of Central Florida and dog mom to her adorable Boston Terrier, Manolo Antonio.
